  • Emotional regulation is a child’s ability to recognise, understand, and manage their feelings in everyday situations. Our therapists support children to develop practical strategies to cope with big emotions, build resilience, and participate more confidently at home, school, and in the community

  • Our therapists support children and families to manage daily routines in the following areas:

    • Mealtimes

    • Personal Hygiene

    • Toileting

    • Dressing

    • Sleep

  • We provide therapeutic supports focusing on the development of fine motor skills required for daily tasks including; cutting, handwriting and tool use.

  • We work with children and their families to understand their unique sensory profiles and explore appropriate supports to enable a world that understand them.

  • Building confidence in whole body movement through play and meaningful activities, we support children to develop coordination, strength, endurance and body awareness in ways that work for them.

  • Supporting children to build on their strengths by developing strategies for memory, flexible thinking, managing impulses and memory.

  • Supporting children to building their confidence to interact and build meaningful connections with others.

  • We take a compassionate, curious approach to behaviour, focusing on understanding the “why” behind each child’s actions and experiences. By working alongside children and families, we support the successful use of practical, individualised strategies that creates more cohesion between children and their environments.

  • We support children to build the skills they need to feel confident and capable as they transition into school. Through play-based, meaningful activities, we develop attention, regulation, independence, and early learning skills in ways that feel natural, engaging, and tailored to each child.

  • We support children to explore and grow their play in ways that feel enjoyable, meaningful, and connected. Through shared play experiences, we help build flexibility, creativity, and engagement, supporting children to expand how they play, interact, and have fun with others.

  • We provide a range of individualised assessments including:

    • Sensory Profile

    • Beery VMI

    • Vineland Assessment

    • Task Analysis

    • School and Childcare Observation

    Assessments are completed on an individual basis and our therapists will recommend the most appropriate assessments based on their clinical observations and each child’s unique needs.

  • Our Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) are focused on highlighting the clear functional impact on participation. We use specific, needs based assessments to collate data into a clear and evidence-based report about how a child’s challenges affect everyday life.

Clinic

Our Perth based clinic is designed to help children feel safe and comfortable. Children have access to what they need to settle in and feel at ease, in a warm and supportive environment.

Telehealth

Sometimes online therapy is the option that best suits your family and we’re happy to support that. We offer telehealth sessions that are guided by your child’s interests and shaped around family routines and needs.

Community

We support children in the environments where they feel most comfortable and use their skills every day. We can attend homes, schools, early learning settings or the community in the Perth metro area, providing therapy where it is needed most.
