Occupational Therapy supporting families step by step

Child-centred and strengths-based paediatric occupational therapy focused on helping children with building skills and confidence in everyday life.

How we can help

  • Our individual sessions are designed just for your child. We take the time to get to know who they are, what they love, and where they need support. Sessions are fun, engaging, and built around their interests, helping them grow skills for everyday life in a way that feels natural and encouraging.

  • Parent coaching is a big part of how we work and we believe supporting the whole family really matters. Collaboratively we help to make sense of daily challenges and through understanding we help to find simple, realistic strategies that work for your family.

  • In our supportive group settings, kids have the chance to practice social skills in real-life moments. We gently guide, encourage, and support along the way using natural opportunities and evidence based programs with the priority of having fun with others.

  • We offer a range of standardised and non-standardised assessments, inclusive of:

    • Functional Capacity Assessments

    • Sensory Profile

    • Beery VMI

    • Vineland Adaptive Behaviour Scale

    • Task Analysis

    • School and Childcare Observations

As assessments are recommended on an invidualised needs basis, our therapists will provide guidance using their clinical observations and expertise. For more information, please enquire via the contact form.
